Betsy Hansen Photographs 500 Winner Trevor Bayne

Betsy Hansen recently photographed Trevor Bayne, 2011 winner of the Daytona 500 Nascar race, for Floridian View Magazine.  Trevor is the youngest person to win the Daytona 500, who won just one day after his 20th birthday.  The pressure is on for him to win this year's 500 race, which is coming up in less than 10 days.  Floridian View interviewed Trevor for their February 2012 issue, and asked Betsy to fly up to his home in North Carolina to photograph him.


"I flew up to North Carolina from Florida the day of the shoot.  My assistant and I arrived at his apartment with just an hour to photograph what we needed for the cover, and inside spread. Unfortunately, it was raining the day of the shoot so we were limited to shooting inside.  We rearranged some furniture in the living room to make room for the backdrop and lights.  


Trevor has a wonderful spirit and was willing to work with us to get whatever shot we needed for the magazine.  We even had a fun little session at the end where he got to jam out on his favorite guitar. Not only is he adorable, but he also plays the guitar!"
